The Project Development and
Environment (PD&E) and Interchange Modification Report (IMR) study
was divided into two phases based on the funding currently programmed
for this project. Phase I will include the existing conditions
and proposed alternatives analysis and evaluation as well as the
preparation and development of the IMR. The schedule below lists
the project milestones for Phase I and Phase II. The items for
Phase II are not currently funded and the dates shown are only
tentative dates.
